bge officials hosted and energy efficiency expo and earlier today. representatives from bge and the whole energy program helps people apply for financial assistance and other resources to help manage their energy and utility bills. >> what most people do not know about it, and i think that is what this program is about, is that they can get assistance. now wait until your utility as cut off. can go down and sit down with the utility company and say i am having a problem. >> officials say fewer people showed up this year which they say is a good thing since it means more people are learning how to manage their income better and do not need that assistance. in baltimore city, police are looking for more information into an afternoon shooting in southeast baltimore. police responded to the 2900 block of mceldry street at 2:00 this afternoon were a 21-year- old man with a gunshot wound was found.

>> president obama officially won reelection earlier this week without florida. now four days later, the results in the state are in. the state finally finished counting their votes today. declared president obama the winner. florida election officials say the president can read 50% of the vote. governor romney had 49.1%. the president did have enough electoral votes to win reelection tuesday night without florida but with florida, the president now officially has 332 electoral votes to romney's 206.

we are learning more about the departure of cia director david petraeus. the retired general resigned after publicly admitting to an extramarital affair. >> the sudden fall of cia chief david petraeus has washington asking how and why. and the woman suddenly in the spotlight, is not saying. back in january, she was promoting her book on the general. >> he loves the agency. i think it is a great place for him. >> she is an army reserve officer in that close access to the cia director. federal agents are investigating whether she had access to this e-mails or computer. >> mike understanding is that the fbi's investigation was not necessarily focused on him. they came by the permissible accident. >> law enforcement and multiple sources tell nbc news that
